3.依「道路交通管理處罰條例」第43條第1項第3、4款規定，汽車駕駛人「任意以迫近、驟然變換車道或其他不當方式，迫使他車讓道」及「非遇突發狀況，在行駛途中任意驟然減速、煞車或於車道中暫停」等之違規行為，可處新臺幣6,000元以上2萬4,000元以下罰鍰，並當場禁止其駕駛；另依該條例第4項規定，並吊扣該汽車牌照3個月。能夠再多檢舉個危險駕駛
