你永遠不知道你甚麼時候會遇到危機時刻，如果你沒有經歷過，是很難再危機時刻時生存，請訂閱我們的頻道，讓我們帶領你，在遭遇危機時刻時，如何生存。 如果你覺得這個影片對你在乎的人有幫助，請分享給有需要的人知道! 感謝一路走來協助過我的人，希望大家健康平安，請保護自己愛的人! 2023美國交通罰單全解析（罰單種類+查詢+處理方式+罰款標準+申訴+上庭注意事項） 美國交通罰單有哪些？ 1.白單（違規停車罰單） 一般只罰款不扣分 白單常見違規行為有哪些？ 1.在禁止或限制區域內停車(罰款金額大多為$115或以上) 如不在酒店規定區域卸客(hotel loading/unloading)，在限制區域隨意停車(vehicle idling in a restricted area) 2.馬路旁逾時停車(罰款金額大多為$65 -$95) 超出停車收費時間(expired meter)；超出街道規定最長停車時間(parking at a broken or missing meter for longer than the maximum time permitted)等等。 3.阻礙交通類停車(罰款金額大多為$115) 如在十字路口違規停車(blocking an intersection)；在人行道上停車(stopping, standing or parking on a sidewalk)等等。 4.妨礙性停車(罰款金額大多為$95 -$115) 如靠近消防栓停車(stopping, standing or parking closer than 15 feet of a fire hydrant)；靠近鐵路交叉口停車(standing or parking within 50 feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing)等等。 處理單位 以紐約交通罰單處理為例，罰款需要交至紐約市財政部（New York Department of Finance）而非交通管理局（DMV）。 常見違規停車情況有哪些？ 有的街道你可以隨便停車，但是，會有個牌子告知在每個月的某一天（第二個星期一之類的）會打掃衛生，如果當天你的車停在了街道上，就會被貼罰單或者直接被拖車。 有的馬路旁邊是預付費停車，也許你交了兩個小時的費用，但是因為什麼事情耽誤了，停車超過了兩個小時，也會被貼罰單。 還有一些馬路邊黃線的地方不讓停車，但有可能時間長了黃線已經褪色，你看到前後都停車了，以為這個車位也沒問題，又中招了。 還有可能你的停車證（Parking Permit）小貼紙掉了，車停在自家門口也可能被拖走。 2.黃單（普通行車違規罰單） 根據各地區不同情況扣分、罰款，甚至吊銷駕照；大多罰單都屬於此類。 黃單常見違規行為有哪些？ 1.超速(speeding，扣3-11分) 超速行駛(Speeding)算是魯莽行駛的一種。扣3-11分 2.魯莽駕駛(reckless driving，扣5分) 魯莽行駛(Reckless driving)，即為開車時有意地無視他人的人身和財產安全，扣5分 3.超越校車(failure to stop for school bus，扣5分) 具體情況是遇到校車停下並有STOP的牌子打開而且伴有紅色警燈閃爍，此時必須停車，即使校車是和反方向的也要停。違規扣5分。 4.緊跟前車(tailgating，扣4分) 開車的時候應該和前車保持適當的車距，不然不僅僅是違反交規的問題，還有可能會對前面車輛突然的停車措手不及，造成危險。違規扣4分。 5.剎車不當(inadequate brakes，扣2-4分) 處理單位 NYC/Buffalo/Rochester的黃單由DMV處理，其他地區的由當地市、郡法庭處理。 3.粉單（較嚴重的刑事交通罰單） 粉單常見違規行為有哪些？ 酒駕(DWAI/Alcohol: Driving While Ability by Alcohol) 醉駕(DWI: Driving While Intoxicated) 藥駕(DWAI/Drugs: Driving While AbilityImpaired by Drugs 後果重金罰款，可能沒收車輛、吊銷駕照，甚至可能坐牢，刑事記錄跟隨一輩子。 處理單位 法庭 在美國拿到罰單的後果一般有兩種，一是被罰款，再來就是被罰點。每個人一開始的駕駛紀錄都是純白無瑕零缺點，而根據違規事項的大小，法院會讓DMV在你的駕駛紀錄上記點。而罰點直接會影響到的就是保費上漲，如果被罰太多點，便會被吊銷駕照，甚至進一步影響簽證居留/移民申請等。 會被記點的違規事項：交通違規、危險駕駛、無照駕駛、肇事逃逸、酒駕(DUI, Driver Under Influence)等。一般違規大概罰一點，嚴重情事像是酒駕、無照駕駛會被罰更多點數。 C類駕駛執照（一般自小客車）這些情況會被吊銷駕照：一年內被罰4點/ 兩年內被罰6點/ 三年內被罰8點。DMV會寄信一封Order of Probation/Suspension 通知你的駕照已被吊銷，此時切勿再開車，否則就是無照駕駛，算犯罪了。 消除罰點的方法：只能等待時間過去。通常清除一個罰點要等至少3年，如果是肇事逃逸、酒駕那紀錄會跟著你13年。如果對罰單置之不理，沒繳罰金也沒上法庭，那罰點紀錄會保留5年。有些人會想要上交通學校避免罰點，可是這個選項僅限於18個月內沒有違規或上過交通學校的，而重大違規也沒辦法透過上課免罰。
