彰化市 建國北路 轉 建國北路 172巷 時間 20190915 約晚上11點左右 在整理影片時發現行車紀錄器時間跑掉了 不然我本來是要拿去檢舉

快轉1:25開始 一個逆向 , 一個巷子直衝馬路都沒在看 , 撞在一起剛剛好而已

主角：白色豐田VIOS

台中一名17歲黃姓少年，無照騎車載著朋友，行經清水港埠路與中清路時，違規闖紅燈，少年騎士當場被聯結車撞飛，顱內出血，有生命危險；另外在台中北屯，也有女騎士，未依規定兩段式左轉，跟直行車撞個正著，過程全被民眾的行車記錄器，拍了下來！

從路邊的停車場出來直接來一個逆向大迴轉，真當其他用路人是白癡?

這種雙線道要左轉，確實是滿尷尬的，要嘛擋到後面的車、要嘛兇一點轉會撞到對向機車的風險。 所以騎車開車大家都要緩緩啦!!

左轉車撞斑馬線行人

台中一名機車騎士，在南區復興路往火車站方向，居然連續遇到3名騎士逆向左轉彎，短短不到兩分鐘，就有三人逆向，覺得實在很誇張，而且最後一個還是在警所前違規，把行車紀錄器PO上網，網友笑稱，難道這是新式「台中式轉彎」？

彰化一名１８歲的童姓騎士，闖紅燈與對向準備左轉的休旅車擦撞，騎士連人帶車被撞飛，重摔在地，幸好沒有生命危險，驚險的車禍畫面，也被後方的車輛行車紀錄器拍了下來！

明誠一路往東，正要經過鼎中路口，當時綠燈狀態 因內側車輛左轉減速，在安全前提下，提前切到換到外線車道 而外線綠色小自客，突然莫名減速停車於路口(綠燈狀態)，當下叭了他兩次，他才願意繼續往前開

那個三寶應該停下來，因為他有yield sign而我沒有，我不用停下來。 但是他開的速度我真的很怕他會撞到我，所以我停下來確定安全我才通過。 不會開車就不要開那麼快。 The stupid driver drive so fast that he didn't notice the "yield sign" .
